COVID-19 UPDATES

EMA IS WORKING REMOTELY

HOW TO GET IN TOUCH

While we are not at the office during the COVID-19 outbreak mandatory stay-at-home order, we are still fully operational from a distance and able to complete all tasks as we would in the office.

Our phone numbers will forward to our personal cell phones should you not have those numbers already. Email is still a great option, or use the contact form. We look forward to hearing from you!

NEW PROJECT INQUIRIES

VIRTUAL MEETINGS POSSIBLE

As you may know, we are always happy to meet (now virtually) with you and/or your client to hear more about your potential project needs and what we at EMA could offer, as well as our thoughts on how to approach the project. This service has always been and will continue to be free of charge.

We value serving residents of all backgrounds and work on residential and commercial projects from sizes XS to XL. Don’t hesitate to ask if we might be a good fit for your construction needs.

MULTNOMAH COUNTY PERMIT SUBMITTAL UPDATE

EMA IS FIR-CERTIFIED

While Portland BDS has temporarily stopped accepting all new permits not related to essential facilities, the FIR (Field Issuance Remodel) program is still operating normally. EMA is a FIR-certified firm, so we can help your residential clients continue with residential alterations and additions, so long as we’re not creating a new dwelling unit or ADU.

CLACKAMAS, CLARK, WASHINGTON, AND YAMHILL COUNTY PERMIT SUBMITTALS

AS OF MARCH 26,2020

Clackamas, Clark, and Washington, and Yamhill counties are continuing to accept permits on either a by-appointment or digital submission status.

HAND SHINE CAMPAIGN

RECENT DISTILLERY PROJECT OFFERS HAND SANITIZER

Please be safe and be well. Should you need any hand sanitizer, a recent project of ours, Shine Distillery, is offering it free to customers! We are proud to have been part of this project.

POWELL’S BOOKS

ONLINE BOOK ORDERS IN OPERATION

EMA has been the architect for Powell’s Books for decades. With the current Stay-At-Home order, Powell’s Books is still operating as an online bookseller with free shipping over $25.
